The Association of Women Engineers and Scientists in Cameroon (AFISC) is non-profit qui peut initier, encadrer et soutenir des projets bancables. Created in 2008, its main objective is to improve the living conditions of populations through the reduction of disparities, gaps or gaps and the promotion of sustainable development.

The gender approach, digital equity and inclusive education are part of the Millennium Development Goals. The AFISC has an approach, that of encouraging women as much as men, young girls as well as young boys, from rural and urban areas, to acquire the essential skills in the field of Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM). ).
